Términos de Uso
Última actualización: 29 de octubre de 2026
4. Uso aceptable
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance
Svolta is a service of SVOLTAAPP S.A.S., a company based in Quito, Ecuador. When you use Svolta, your contract is with SVOLTAAPP S.A.S. You can write to us at soporte@getsvolta.com, and our full contact details are in the Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, buying a subscription or continuing to use Svolta, you accept these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.
2. What Svolta is
Svolta is a web app for keeping track of, and seeing your progress in, different areas of your life: tasks, calendar, habits, training, studies, personal finances, goals and notes. It includes an AI assistant that logs what you type or say in a voice note and answers questions about your information. It also shows you suggestions and a weekly review generated from your own data.
Svolta is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial, investment, credit, insurance or tax advice. In Finances it shows you what you logged and how you are doing against the budget, limits and goals you define, and it offers tools to stay organized, such as category limits, payment reminders or splitting your paycheck into the percentages you choose. It does not recommend financial products, does not tell you what to do with your money and does not hold or move real money: what you log in Svolta is only a record. The decisions about your money are always yours.
3. Your account
You must be of legal age and able to enter into contracts under the laws of your country. You log in with a code we email you or with your Google account, so you are responsible for keeping access to that email and that account secure, and for what is done from your Svolta account. If you notice any use you did not authorize, write to us right away at soporte@getsvolta.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Svolta only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- Use the service for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation or spam.
- Upload or log content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.
- Introduce malware, probe or breach the security of the service, access other people's accounts or systems, or interfere with how it works.
- Extract data automatically (scraping), use bots or scripts to send messages to the assistant, or try to get around its usage limits.
- Copy, reverse engineer or resell access to Svolta without authorization.
5. The assistant and artificial intelligence
You are responsible for what you send to the assistant and for how you use its answers. Do not send it illegal or offensive content, content that violates other people's rights, or personal data of others that you are not entitled to share.
Answers, suggestions and the weekly review are generated automatically and may contain mistakes or misread a message. Every entry the assistant makes is shown with the option to undo or review it, and it is up to you to confirm that what was logged is correct. Nothing Svolta shows you is financial, investment, medical, legal or professional advice.
What you send and what the assistant generates from your data belongs to you. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service. We may limit, suspend or remove content or use of the assistant when it breaks these terms. If you believe something in Svolta infringes your rights, write to us at soporte@getsvolta.com with the details and we will review it.
The assistant includes 400 messages a month, also on the annual plan, renewed automatically every month on your payment date. Logging by hand from each section has no limit.
6. Subscription, prices and payment
Svolta is offered through a recurring paid subscription, monthly or annual depending on the plan you choose. The price and billing cycle are shown before you confirm your purchase. The subscription renews and is charged automatically at the start of each period (every month or every year) until you cancel it.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (Polar). Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders placed on getsvolta.com, and handles the charge, invoicing and any taxes that apply in your country, which may be added to the price or included in it. Alternatively, some purchases are processed through Hotmart, which acts as a payment intermediary under its own terms.
If the price changes, we will let you know at least 15 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, with no penalty and without writing to anyone. If you paid with Hotmart, you cancel it from your Hotmart account. Once you cancel, you are not charged again and your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
You can request a full refund of any payment within 14 days of that charge, without giving a reason. How to request it and what happens next is explained in our Refund Policy.
8. Your data and your content
Everything you log in Svolta belongs to you. We store and process it only to provide the service: showing it to you, calculating your summaries and progress, and generating your tips and weekly review. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
From Settings you can download all your data as a ZIP file, delete it or close your account. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
Svolta, including its interface, design, code, text, logo and brand, is owned by SVOLTAAPP S.A.S. or its licensors. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service. These terms do not transfer any other rights in Svolta to you.
10. Service availability
We work to keep Svolta available at all times, but we do not guarantee that the service will run without interruptions or errors. We may carry out maintenance that causes temporary downtime, and we may improve, change or remove features over time.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if your subscription payment is not completed, or if there is a security or fraud risk. Whenever possible, we will let you know beforehand and explain why.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your information: it is kept in case you decide to come back. If you delete your account from Settings, your data is permanently erased, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party services
Svolta integrates with third-party services, such as Google for signing in and syncing Google Calendar, Polar and Hotmart for payments, and the providers that power the assistant. We do not control their availability or policy changes, and we are not responsible for failures in those services that affect your experience in Svolta.
13. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed what you paid for Svolta in the three (3) months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SVOLTAAPP S.A.S. harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
15. Service communications
By using Svolta you agree to receive service-related messages: push notifications with reminders and summaries, if you turn them on, and emails about your account, your login code and your subscription. These messages are part of how Svolta works and are not advertising. You can adjust notifications from Settings.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or inside the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Svolta after that date, you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quito, Ecuador, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
